The Community Buzz was founded in
2004 to help people become more active in their local community. We want to
move beyond suburban isolationism and the 'every man for himself'
mentality. Our goal is to promote group participation and engagement in
local issues. We want to encourage people to band together make a stand for
what they believe in. The Community Buzz hopes to infuse a little more
chutzpa in local communities by getting more people on the playing field.
We are a group of professionals
that give freely of our time to help make a difference. We have expertise
derived from the business world in project management, marketing, sales,
computer consulting and many other areas. We choose projects that are
consistent with our mission and then marshal our resources to implement
these projects. We are doing this because it is important. We are doing it because
we believe in the power of community.
